I am curious about most things. I love to play tennis and ski. Big movie fan. My favorite book is War and Peace. I want to go to a wedding in as many countries as possible. I work at Percolate - It's Awesome!

What Jobs are users hiring your product to preform?

Clay Christensen, a professor at Harvard Business School and author of The Innovator’s Dilemma has an interesting way of thinking about customers:

“Instead of dividing your customers into segments and asking which features each segment would like, you should think about what “job” the customers are “hiring” your product to perform.”

I think one of the many awesome things that Percolate does is clearly and concisely illuminate what we can do for brands and users. Percolate mission is a perfect example of this: Percolate is a thoughtful technology company that helps brands (customers) create content at social scale. We are servicing a variety of “jobs” for our customers, but the product’s definition of  performance is clear: to create interesting and relevant content for brands and customers. Furthermore, like Clay suggests, improving the user experience is essential to continuing to get new customers on board who are excited to use the product. Percolate is always striving to do a better job for its clients and users!
